Hannah Ashley

LCSW, Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Hannah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from the Garland School of Social Work at Baylor University and has 10 years of experience in the field. Her background includes working with Division I collegiate athletes as well as children and adolescents in public school settings. Beyond her clinical work, she also served as a high school soccer coach, an experience that deepened her understanding of the unique pressures athletes face. Passionate about athlete mental health, Hannah is especially interested in the intersection of mental health and athletic performance, helping individuals at all levels navigate challenges both on and off the field.

In her private practice, Hannah supports clients facing a variety of concerns, including life transitions, job stress, relationship issues, self-esteem, sport performance, anxiety, and depression. She takes an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Having completed basic training in EMDR, she incorporates it as a tool to enhance sport performance and overall well-being. Above all, Hannah strives to provide a supportive and effective therapeutic space where individuals can build resilience, develop coping strategies, and achieve their personal and professional goals.
