Individual Counseling Sessions
These sessions offer a confidential space for athletes to work through stress, anxiety, performance pressure, injury recovery, life transitions, or anything else impacting their mental health and well-being. Hannah uses a compassionate, strengths-based approach tailored to each individual's goals and context.
Athletic Staff Training
Hannah partners with coaches, athletic trainers and athletic staff to provide training on how to recognize signs of mental health concerns, foster psychological safety within the team environment, and support the development of mentally resilient athletes. Sessions are customizable to your sport, level, and team culture.
Parent Support & Information
Parents play a critical role in the mental and emotional lives of their children. Momentum Therapy offers handouts, educational materials, and optional sessions to help parents understand the unique pressures athletes face and how to best support them on and off the field.
Team Talks
Hannah provides team-wide talks and workshops that can be tailored to your athletes’ specific needs—topics may include growth mindset, dealing with setbacks, mental performance tips, team cohesion, or navigating pressure. Team talks can be delivered in person or virtually and often include take-home resources for reinforcement.
